What is a virtual conference?
A virtual conference is hosted entirely over the Internet. It will allow attendees to access live and hear presentations from their computers. Attendees participate through a conference website designed specifically for the virtual conference. The site is where you will watch conference presentations and participate with questions and comments in real-time
Can my registration be transferred?
No. A Registration cannot be transferred.
Can I present the Paper/Poster if I am not a KCIAPM member?
Yes. In view of the covid19 pandemic, KCIAPM Executive Committee has decided to waive the clause of mandatory KCIAPM membership to present Paper or poster at KAPCON 2021.
However, we encourage all residents and Consultant pathologists to become a part of the KCIAPM Family.
Which platform will be used for this conference?
KAPCON2020 Virtual conference will be conducted on GoToWebinar platform.
Delegates will be able to watch using Android/iOS GoToWebinar app or on any browser.
Who should attend?
The conference is open to residents and Consultant Pathologists from across India and worldwide.
What is the refund policy?
A registration once done cannot be cancelled and money will not be refunded.
All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
How much is the registration fee?
The registration fees for the KAPCON2021 Virtual Conference is
Early Bird ( Till 1st August)
- KCIAPM Members – Rs 500
- Non -KCIAPM Members – Rs 750
- International delegates – USD 40
From 15th August to 15h September
- KCIAPM Members- Rs 750
- Non- KCIAPM Members – Rs 1000
- International delegates- USD 50
Registration closes at 10 PM on 15th September.

The number of registration will be restricted to 1000. So register early and book your seat at the earliest.
How will I be able to present my paper /poster?
Delegates wanting to present Paper /poster will have to submit Abstract by 15th August on the Abstract submission page which will open on 1st July.
The Abstracts will be scrutinized by the Scientific Committee of KCIAPM. The list of selected Abstracts will be listed on the website on 5th September. The Selected delegates will have to present their Paper/Poster before our Screening Judges online on a video conferencing platform. The screening process will start on 21st of September.
Top 5 Paper and 5 Posters will have to present again before the grand Jury for the prize.
